Custom Wig Ordering Guide
Your ZYRA custom wig is made to order. Before purchasing, choose your Texture, Cap Size, and Length and Hair Weight directly on the product page.
1. Choose Your Texture
- Straight
- Body Wave
- Deep Wave
- Curly
- Kinky Straight
2. Measure Your Head
Use a soft fabric measuring tape. Flatten your hair similarly to how you plan to wear it underneath the wig. Measure twice and record your measurements in inches.
- Circumference
- Front to Nape
- Ear to Ear Over Top
- Ear to Ear Across Forehead
- Temple to Temple Around Back
- Nape Width
3. Select Your Cap Size
- Petite: 21"
- Average: 21.5"–22"
- Average/Large: 22.25"–22.5"
- Large: 23"
- Custom Measurements: choose this when your measurements do not fit the listed sizes. Email all six measurements to soulxlace@gmail.com with your name and order number before production begins.
4. Select Length and Hair Weight
The ZYRA standard custom build uses 400g total hair. Customers can choose less or more hair depending on their desired fullness.
- 300g Lighter — lighter overall density and lower price
- 400g Standard — ZYRA standard fullness
- 500g Extra Full — additional hair and higher price

5. Wig Construction
- Hair: Single Donor Raw Vietnamese Human Hair
- Lace: 6×6 HD lace closure construction
- Color: Natural raw-hair color
- Fulfillment: Custom made to order
6. Know What Is Included
Only features listed on the product page or separately confirmed by ZYRA are included. Do not assume coloring, cutting, knot bleaching, pre-plucking, baby hairs, special parting, elastic-band changes, custom hairline work, or finished styling are included unless they are specifically offered for your order.
7. Review the Timeline
Current processing is approximately 10–14 business days before USPS transit. Processing includes sourcing, supplier preparation, inbound transit to ZYRA, receiving, quality inspection, and packaging.
8. Review Before Production
Check your texture, cap size, length, and hair-weight selection carefully before checkout. Custom-made products are prepared specifically for the customer and changes may not be possible after sourcing or production begins.
9. Understand Raw Hair Variation
Raw human hair is a natural product. Shade, wave or curl pattern, strand behavior, and other characteristics can vary between donors and units.
10. ZYRA Quality Inspection
Before customer shipment, ZYRA reviews the confirmed texture and configuration, lace condition, fullness, shedding, tangling, odor, consistency, and overall condition.
11. Inspect Before Altering
Inspect your wig before cutting lace, washing, coloring, heat styling, installing, or otherwise altering it. Contact ZYRA first if you believe something is incorrect.
