What does made to order mean?

Your hair is sourced after your order is placed. It is sent to ZYRA first, where it is received, personally inspected, packaged, and then shipped to you.

How long does processing take?

Please allow approximately 10–14 business days before carrier transit. This includes sourcing, supplier preparation, inbound transit to ZYRA, quality inspection, and packaging.

Does the supplier ship directly to me?

No. ZYRA customer orders are received and inspected by ZYRA before customer shipment.

What lengths are available for bundles?

Current bundle options range from 12 to 30 inches, depending on the product listing.

How many bundles do I need?

As a general guide, 12–18 inches may use 2 bundles for natural fullness, 20–24 inches may use 3 bundles for a full install, and 26–30 inches may use 4 bundles for extra fullness. Your preferred density and install method can change the amount you need.

Will every bundle look exactly the same?

No. Raw human hair can naturally vary in shade, texture, wave or curl pattern, and strand character between donors and bundles.

What custom wig textures are offered?

Current custom made wig texture options include Straight, Body Wave, Deep Wave, Curly, and Kinky Straight. Review the product page for the available construction and ordering details.

When will I receive tracking?

Tracking is sent after the customer package has passed ZYRA quality inspection, is packaged, and is handed to the carrier.

What if there is a problem with my order?
