Your order comes to ZYRA before it comes to you.

1. Sourced to Order

ZYRA operates on a made-to-order model. After your order is placed, the selected hair is sourced through our supplier based on the product and configuration you selected.

2. Received by ZYRA

The supplier does not ship ZYRA customer orders directly to the customer. Hair is sent to ZYRA first.

3. Personally Inspected

Before customer shipment, we review the details that matter in real wear, including:

• Texture and pattern
• Length
• Fullness
• Weft construction
• Shedding
• Tangling
• Odor
• Consistency
• Lace condition where applicable
• Overall appearance and condition

4. Packaged by ZYRA

Only hair approved through our inspection process is prepared in ZYRA packaging for customer shipment.

5. Shipped to You

Once your order is approved and packaged, it is handed to the carrier and tracking is provided.

Why We Chose This Model

We do not want a ZYRA customer receiving hair we never saw. Our process adds an extra quality-control step between sourcing and customer delivery.
