These Terms of Service govern your use of the ZYRA Hair website and your purchase of products from ZYRA Hair. By visiting our website, placing an order, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced on our website, including our Shipping and Processing Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. ABOUT ZYRA HAIR

ZYRA Hair is a premium hair company specializing in Single Donor Raw Vietnamese Hair.

Our hair is sourced through a trusted Vietnamese supplier using a made to order fulfillment process.

We do not simply have our supplier ship your hair directly to you.

After your order is placed, your selected hair is sourced and sent to ZYRA Hair first. We personally receive, inspect, approve, prepare, and package your hair before shipping it to you.

2. OUR MADE TO ORDER PROCESS

ZYRA Hair operates primarily as a made to order business.

Once your payment is successfully processed:

Your selected Single Donor Raw Vietnamese Hair is sourced from our supplier.

Our supplier prepares your order.

The hair is transported from our supplier to ZYRA Hair.

ZYRA personally receives and inspects the hair.

We evaluate the hair for quality, texture, length, fullness, weft construction, shedding, tangling, odor, consistency, and overall condition.

Only hair that passes our inspection is approved for customer fulfillment.

Your approved hair is then prepared in ZYRA packaging.

Your completed order is shipped to you through USPS with tracking.

3. PROCESSING TIME

Please allow approximately 10 to 14 business days for ZYRA Hair's made to order processing period.

This processing period includes sourcing, supplier preparation, transportation to ZYRA, receiving, quality inspection, order preparation, and packaging.

Business days generally do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Our processing period begins after payment for your order has been successfully received.

Processing time is separate from the time your completed order spends in transit with USPS.

Customers should consider both processing time and USPS transit time when placing an order for a specific event, appointment, installation, vacation, or other deadline.

We strongly encourage customers to order early when purchasing hair for a time sensitive occasion.

4. ZYRA PREP PACKAGE

As part of the ZYRA experience, qualifying orders may receive a complimentary ZYRA Prep Package while the customer's hair order is being sourced and prepared.

The Prep Package is designed to help customers prepare for the arrival and installation of their ZYRA Hair.

Contents may include items such as a wig cap, edge wrap, edge brush, sectioning clips, educational materials, preparation instructions, care information, or other complimentary items selected by ZYRA.

Prep Package contents may change based on availability and are not guaranteed to be identical with every order.

The Prep Package is complimentary and is not considered a substitute for any product purchased by the customer.

IMPORTANT PREP PACKAGE SHIPPING INFORMATION

The ZYRA Prep Package and the customer's hair order are two separate shipments.

Customers may therefore receive separate tracking numbers.

Receiving tracking information for a Prep Package does not mean that the customer's hair order has shipped.

Receiving the Prep Package does not shorten, replace, or complete the stated processing period for the customer's hair order.

The customer's Single Donor Raw Vietnamese Hair will be shipped separately only after it has reached ZYRA, passed our quality inspection, and been prepared for final shipment.

5. SHIPPING

Completed ZYRA Hair orders are shipped through USPS.

Once your actual hair order has passed inspection and has been shipped, you will receive USPS tracking information using the contact information associated with your order.

USPS transit time begins after USPS accepts possession of your completed hair shipment.

USPS transit time is separate from ZYRA's 10 to 14 business day processing period.

Carrier transit estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed by ZYRA Hair.

Weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, carrier delays, government actions, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

6. SHIPPING DELAYS

ZYRA Hair will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the processing timeframe stated at the time of purchase.

If circumstances arise that prevent us from shipping your hair order within the promised timeframe, we will contact you regarding the delay and provide applicable options regarding continued fulfillment or cancellation.

Nothing in these Terms limits cancellation, refund, or other rights provided to customers under applicable law.

7. SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

8. PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

Raw human hair is a natural product.

Because of this, slight variations may occur between individual bundles, donors, and separate orders.

Natural variation can include:

Texture

Wave pattern

Natural color

Strand characteristics

Fullness

Natural movement

Appearance

Minor differences between bundles are not automatically considered product defects.

Raw hair is not manufactured to achieve the complete uniformity commonly associated with heavily processed or synthetic hair.

9. SINGLE DONOR RAW VIETNAMESE HAIR

Products identified by ZYRA Hair as Single Donor Raw Vietnamese Hair are sold based on the sourcing specifications applicable to those products.

Individual orders or bundles purchased at different times may originate from different donors.

Because human hair naturally varies from donor to donor, customers should not expect every future purchase to appear completely identical to a previous order.

10. PRODUCT IMAGES

We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately.

However, lighting, photography, screen settings, individual devices, natural donor differences, and other factors may affect how hair appears online.

Product photographs are intended to accurately represent the general appearance and characteristics of the product but cannot guarantee that every natural strand or bundle will look identical.

11. QUALITY INSPECTION

Before customer fulfillment, ZYRA Hair performs a quality inspection of the hair we receive.

Our inspection may include evaluation of:

Texture consistency

Length

Bundle fullness

Overall condition

Weft construction

Shedding

Tangling

Odor

Appearance

General quality

If hair does not meet our quality expectations, we may delay fulfillment while a replacement or resolution is obtained rather than knowingly ship hair that does not meet our standards.

If such a delay affects the promised shipment timeframe, we will communicate with the customer and provide any options required by applicable law.

12. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance or fulfillment.

ZYRA Hair reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including circumstances involving:

Suspected fraud

Unauthorized payment activity

Technical errors

Supplier availability

If ZYRA Hair cancels an order after payment has been collected and the merchandise has not shipped, the appropriate refund will be issued.
