These terms apply to purchases from and use of the ZYRA Hair online store.

Products

ZYRA Hair specializes in Single Donor Raw Vietnamese Hair and made-to-order hair products. Raw human hair is a natural product and may vary in shade, texture, wave or curl pattern, and other natural characteristics.

Made-to-Order Fulfillment

ZYRA products may be sourced after an order is placed. Hair is received by ZYRA for quality inspection and packaging before customer shipment. Processing estimates are separate from carrier transit times.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the billing and shipping information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Orders may be reviewed for payment, address, fraud, availability, or fulfillment concerns before shipment.

Pricing

Prices and availability may change before an order is placed. The price charged for an accepted order is the price shown at checkout, subject to corrections or resolutions required by applicable law.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. Changes may not be possible after sourcing, preparation, customization, or fulfillment has begun. Rights relating to delayed or unshipped merchandise are not limited by this section.

Product Care and Third-Party Services

Results can be affected by installation, styling, chemical processing, heat, products, maintenance, and third-party services. ZYRA Hair is not responsible for work performed by independent stylists or other third parties, but this does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website Content

Product images, descriptions, branding, graphics, and other website content are provided for shopping and informational purposes. Natural products may not look identical to photographs.

Intellectual Property

ZYRA Hair branding, original photography, copy, graphics, and other original site materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission except as permitted by law.

Our Shipping & Processing, Returns & Refunds, Privacy, and other posted policies form part of the customer experience and should be reviewed before purchase.
