SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

At ZYRA Hair, our Single Donor Raw Vietnamese Hair is sourced specifically for your order rather than stored in large quantities of prepackaged inventory.

HOW YOUR ORDER WORKS

Once your order is placed, your selected hair is sourced from our trusted Vietnamese supplier.

Your hair is first shipped to ZYRA Hair, where we personally receive and inspect your order for quality, texture, length, fullness, weft construction, shedding, tangling, and overall condition.

Your order is never shipped directly from our supplier to you.

Once your hair passes our quality inspection, it is prepared in ZYRA packaging and shipped to you through USPS with tracking.

PROCESSING TIME

ZYRA Hair operates using a made to order fulfillment process.

Please allow the stated processing period on your product page for sourcing, receiving, quality inspection, and preparation.

Processing time is separate from USPS transit time.

Once your order has passed inspection and ships from ZYRA Hair, you will receive USPS tracking information by email.

WHY WE DO IT THIS WAY

We want to personally see and inspect the hair before it reaches you.

Our role is not simply to forward an order from a supplier. Every ZYRA order must meet our quality standards before we approve it for shipment.
