• Custom Measurements: select this option if your measurements do not fit the listed sizes. Your complete measurements must be sent to ZYRA before production begins.

Measure before ordering. Use a soft fabric measuring tape, flatten your hair as you plan to wear it under the wig, measure twice, and record your measurements in inches.

ZYRA custom wigs are offered in 22", 24", 26", 28", and 30" options with three hair-weight choices:

• 300g Lighter: a lighter-density custom unit
• 400g Standard: the ZYRA standard fullness and the same total hair weight used for our original custom wig build
• 500g Extra Full: added hair for customers who want maximum fullness

Only features specifically listed on this product page or separately confirmed by ZYRA are included. Do not assume coloring, cutting, knot bleaching, pre-plucking, baby hairs, custom hairline work, special parting, elastic-band changes, or finished styling are included unless they are specifically offered for your order.

Before Production Begins

Review your texture, cap size, length, and hair-weight selections carefully before placing your order. If you select Custom Measurements, send all six measurements to soulxlace@gmail.com with your full name and order number before production begins.

Because the unit is made specifically for you, changes may not be possible after sourcing, customization, or production has started.

ZYRA Quality Check

Before customer shipment, we review the confirmed texture and configuration, lace condition, fullness, shedding, tangling, odor, consistency, and overall condition.

Raw Hair Variation

Raw human hair is a natural product. Slight differences in shade, texture, wave or curl pattern, strand behavior, and appearance can occur between donors and units.

Inspect Before Altering

When your wig arrives, inspect it before cutting the lace, coloring, washing, heat styling, installing, or otherwise altering it. Contact ZYRA first if you believe something is incorrect.
